My mentor Bobbito Garcia is one of the reasons why I wanted to travel and do a volunteer project at the same time. It would take me hours to list the numerous things he does for communities not just in his own backyard, but also around the world. Saying his resume is extensive is an understatement. This man has easily travelled to 50+ countries and is constantly involved in numerous projects whether it’s basketball clinics, DJ sets, or speeches and appearances. I wanted a project of my own and so The Road To Argentina was born. Bobbito sat me down at times telling me the importance about keeping track of my budget down to the penny since he has his a business of his own. I certainly applied his wisdom to my project and I must say a lot of his principles helped made The Road To Argentina successful. Much love!
