Two mentors of mine helped me push my campaign when others disapproved of my idea to travel. My two bosses in fact made the first donations to my cause, funding one-fifth of my trip. Some people might dread their bosses, but I look up to mine in ways one can’t imagine. I’ve learned more than just work ethic and proper procedure at the workplace; I’ve learned about respect, life lessons, and other important virtues on the corner of East 9th and Ontario from these two guys in a matter of five years.
WELCOME TO THE ROAD TO ARGENTINA CAMPAIGN. OUR GOAL IS TO HELP RAMON DIAZ, A JUNIOR AT COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY, RAISE $5,820 IN ORDER TO GO TO BUENOS AIRES AND TEACH ENGLISH TO UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN IN ARGENTINA.
